From the date of purchase, please enjoy a 30 day exchange or refund period.  We cordially ask that all returning footwear is unworn and be presented in its original packaging.

ONLINE returns within Canada are complimentary, within 30 days from the date your received your order.  Please contact us at customerservice@bambinofineshoes.com to request a prepaid shipping label.

Shipping

Canada: We are pleased to offer Free shipping to all on line purchases, no minimum order is required.  Time frame is 3 to 5 days.  Express shipping is avaialble for a nominal charge.

U.S.: Complimentary on all orders over $100 CA.  For any order under $100 CA, shipping will be calculated at checkout.

All other markets:  Shipping will be calculated at checkout.
